Lynn, Jonathan, and Steven took on the challenge of building our custom home in Beech Island, South Carolina, where the property had no electrical service, water, or sewer connections and was located on a dirt road. Disappointed in the lack of communication. Disappointing, the quality of work disappointed in the choice made when hiring this company. Always coming up with excuses always someone else’s fault. In one year we have 1. floors warping only in an area they replaced due to their plumbing issues. So I’m sure they never dried the area. None of the other floors are that way 2. We absolutely LOVED working with Lynn and Jonathan (and Steven) on our home build. They were patient throughout the process even when it felt like we had a million questions. I loved that Lynn was willing to work with me on design ideas and was happy to take a save/splurge approach to things. We also appreciated Lynn’s detail and organization with costs and expenditures.
