Disappointed in the lack of communication. Disappointing, the quality of work disappointed in the choice made when hiring this company. Always coming up with excuses always someone else’s fault. In one year we have 1. floors warping only in an area they replaced due to their plumbing issues. So I’m sure they never dried the area. None of the other floors are that way 2. We absolutely LOVED working with Lynn and Jonathan (and Steven) on our home build. They were patient throughout the process even when it felt like we had a million questions. I loved that Lynn was willing to work with me on design ideas and was happy to take a save/splurge approach to things. We also appreciated Lynn’s detail and organization with costs and expenditures. If you want a quality home built with professionals then JL Judson is the best. From the sub contractors they use to every little detail is in perfect order. I always received prompt responses to my questions. Lynn is particularly helpful in helping you make quality selections on a budget! And I might add we weren’t million dollar clients; actually on the low end of what they build. Want a well built home call them!
