I rented a porta-potty for my construction site. They missed a cleaning one week and claimed the gate was locked. One was, but there were 2 and the other is ALWAYS open. I called Lisa and complained. She sided with the driver. It happened again a few weeks later when there was NO fence on the property and the john was sitting in the parking lot, paved parking lot. The guys started complaining. We rented a portable toilet for a large family gathering, it was delivered on time and placed just where we asked. Very clean unit, even had hand sanitizer as we requested. However, we have tried to reach the company several times since August 9th to pick up the unit and have been unable to reach anyone. Emails and phone messages have not been answered and letters returned undeliverable. The unit tipped over in a storm, blue liquid spilled out onto the ground, we set the unit back up of course but it's still on our property ... read more

Great customer service. Great product. Facilities are always in good condition and clean when used on construction sites almost daily!
