Non paying broker/ carrier. You need to beg to get paid and when you do its short payed. Untrustworthy people handling their carriers. A carrier should not call and beg to be paid for services rendered.
Our company hauled ONE load for JL Freight on November 2016 and eight months later we have not received payment. Our reps have reached out to their accounting department multiple times for an estimated time of payment but they have neglected to return our calls. At this point we doubt we will receive payment. We are posting this to advise and share our experience working with this company with other carriers
JL Freight always meets my exact needs. Customer service is extremely helpful and this freight service is extremely reliable.
