Great experience (at least great for a root canal)! Dr. Lo and the staff were great to deal with and helped explain every step of the process plus possible side effects. I hope I don't have to go back but if I need another one in the future they will be my first choice.
Dr. Lo is very patient when freezing and the result is no pain beyond the initial needle prick. After 10 days, I have no pain or discomfort.
My dentist sent me to Dr. Lo for a consultation. He determined that a root canal was my best option. Every staff member I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. Dr.Lo explained the procedure very clearly and when I returned for the root canal he did an excellent job. I felt no pain and he continually checked in on how I was doing.
