I had to get a retreatment on a tooth and the whole experience here was excellent. Dr. Lo was kind, thorough, and did an outstanding job. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!
The staff were friendly and submitted forms on my behalf for pre approval and re-imbursement. Dr Lo explained the procedure and options including potential risks during the consultation. During the procedure he communicated what he was doing and asked how I was doing. I received a follow up phone call the next day to see how I was and if I had any questions.
Professional staff. Excellent state of the art diagnostic and surgical instruments. Dr. Low is a great surgeon with steady hands and good communication skills. Had a root canal. Healed perfectly. Thank you.
