I don’t post reviews very often but I felt like I should after going here a couple times for re treatment of a root canal. The whole experience is very pleasant, Dr. Lo is great, he walks you through every step, explains everything, and makes the whole process pain free. I didn’t even need to take any Advil the day after. Very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend. No need to be anxious, great care. Well done
As miserable as service on your teeth can be, this is about as pleasurable a place as you can be. Doc lo and his staff and enjoyable and get what you are there for and the anxiety you are experiencing. Don't like being there, but they have saved me multiple times.
My teeth have been around long enough to have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of dentistry. I have had 2-3 procedures here and can say Dr. Lo and his team are very talented. It is not an exaggeration to say that I have had teeth cleanings that have been more traumatic than this last root canal.
I recently had a retreatment of an old root canal that had become infected. I had made the decision to have it retreated by an endodontist as there were few options, considering it was under a bridge on an upper side, with no tooth behind it. Dr. Lo was very gentle and the procedure caused me no discomfort. The bridge remained intact, despite having been drilled through to access the four canals. I was also pleased that there was follow-up.
I had a root canal done here and it was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Jeff Lo made the whole process quick and comfortable. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this office!
