Do not use this contractor! It is a scam. What should have been a 3 month project turned in to 2 year and counting nightmare. At the start I requested no subcontracting and Leo Alves agreed. When I started to point out some of the quality of the work was inept and the damage the workers were doing to other parts of my property. Leo assured it would all be fixed during the punch list.
