We had a great experience working with Chris, Erica and Jacob! My brother was very satisfied with their work and recommended them after they custom built two kitchens at 2 different homes for him. We traveled from Florida to have our kitchen built. They were responsive and always with a “we can do that” attitude while the plans were finalized. Hurricane Milton slowed us down with kitchen remodeling but we will come back to them. Honest people, quality work

Absolutely awful. Poor customer service, poor quality of cabinets. The date we were given for install never happened. We were without a kitchen for 3 months. We had 3 different installers due to all of the problems with the cabinets. Insides of the cabinets didn't match, paint didn't match, and all of the shelves had to be re-cut. I could go on and on, but will leave it at that. Definitely would NOT recommend.
Misleading about when cabinets done. 6 weeks late. Employee told me owners lying to me. Poor finish quality. Not at all Amish owned, appears to be owned by non locals! Stay away!
Extremely poor communication from JL Cabinetry from day one, until the end. They were supposed to deliver & install cabinets. They called at noon on a Friday and asked if they could drop the cabinets off because they didn't have room in their shop (They were supposed to deliver and install the following Tuesday). They told me the installer couldn't get to me next week and they would have another installer call me.
