Fantastic experience from start to finish! Patient staff, knowledgeable and willing to build you anything you want! We love our home and it is perfect for our family! We customized our floor plan and none of it was ever a problem! We highly recommend JL Builders if you are looking to build a new home.
Met to see a home, was told I’d be sent floor plans and prices then we could start what I want. Have yet to hear back even after sending and email. Hadn’t heard the best things so I guess I know why...
won't reply to any emails, met with and called them a numerous times, they said they would send email with a hand full of floor plans so we can see what they would offer, they have yet to send any emails after 2 meetings (one at a home show, one at a scheduled meeting), and at least 3 phone calls. time to move on to other options.
