Recently, I came here after a referral from a friend and a few negative and misinformative encoutners with other shops. Called on a Monday and spoke with Joe regarding the issue with my car. He set up an appointment for that Wednesday to diagnose. Dropped off early in the AM. He called me within 3 hrs of drop off with an answer to the issue my car was having that no other shop could identify. He was able to get the parts and had my car fixed by the EOD.
