I called ahead to explain that I needed to replace my rear brake rotors and pads and mentioned that I’d like to use OEM parts, which I could provide directly from the dealer. The shop was still happy to work on my car! I dropped it off early in the morning, and it was ready for pick-up by my lunch break.
