I had an issue with my car making a squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel. The dealer I usually go to said I needed to "replace the control arm to address the concern." I decided to get a second opinion and took the car to Jackie. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty ball joint. After replacing it, the car runs smoothly with no noise. His pricing was very reasonable, and he even included a 2-year warranty. I highly recommend Jackie for his honest, skilled work and excellent customer service.
I took my previous vehicle to Jackie several times over the years. He always provided me with fair and affordable options in addition to prompt service. I recently made the switch to a German import, which Jackie unfortunately does not repair. I called ahead to explain that I needed to replace my rear brake rotors and pads and mentioned that I’d like to use OEM parts, which I could provide directly from the dealer. The shop was still happy to work on my car! I dropped it off early in the morning, and it was ready for pick-up by my lunch break.
