Luis was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Completed the windshield replacement on my Audi Q5 in less than 45 minutes at my house. Highly recommend.
Its an ok company just ok. Had an appointment with j&L Atuo glass. No one showed up. Called the company and the dispatcher forgot to put in the appointment. So I gave the company one more chance for next day at 9:30am appointment. Showed up at 9am. Drivers helper came to my door at 9am and said. Why didn't you answer the door at 9am. Thats something you don't tell a customer. The appointment was for 930am..

This company is great! I had my windshield replaced for a very reasonable price. The technicians called me when they were 30 minutes away and they finished working in about 1/2 an hour. They were able to save my registration and inspection stickers without damaging them which is difficult because they’re meant to be ruined if ever removed. The new windshield and weatherproofing look great and professionally done. Also I got an appointment the next day after calling. Would use them again.
Had a horrible crack on my windshield & unfortunately, I had to replace it to avoid any future issues... my mechanic recommended J&L and I’m Beyond grateful that he did. I Called up and Jose was able to squeeze me in that same day. Both gentlemen arrived at my home, were very professional, detailed and left everything like new! Their price was also inexpensive in comparison to others (from what I’ve heard from friends)! I couldn’t be happier & highly recommend them! :-)
