They're Honest and Always Make Me feel like the care. Lenny and Matt always work with me when my car needs major work. Not many businesses today would consider extending that courtesy to a customer. Mitchell the Manager of J&L takes time to explain things to me and gives me a breakdown of what we'll need to do next. He takes the time women like myself need to understand what needs to be done. He's an attribute to J & L!!!!
