The service technician was very professional, answered all the questions I had. Most service people always seem to be running behind. He was on time actually early.
I cannot rave enough about JL Anderson Heating & Cooling. The whole process was streamlined from the very beginning, and they have a way to make you feel like a part of the family. My family and I were going through a rough patch, and they came in with care and generosity. Special shout outs to Jim, Ashtin, Bret, and Noah. Everyone was pleasant, professional and courteous. They are a must for your heating and cooling needs!

Very prompt response with my furnace problem. Jeremy was in my driveway within a half after I called in. explained everything that he was going to do. I have a old furnace that is on its last legs and he got it going again. I'll certainly call for the new installation.
