Should never be allowed to work on anyone’s home
I required a new roof along with OSB installed, job was completed in 1 ½ days. The consult and professionalism from staff and workers were very courteous. Thank you.
Very responsive, set up estimate quickly. After signing contract, roof was started 3 days later. We have a one story ranch home but large roof. They started at 9 am and were done and cleaned up by 4pm. Roof looks great!
JKS replaced my roof & the skylights.There was lot of damage inside the house which JKS noticed and these will be repaired at a cost which was agreed.After multiple calls,texts with picture of damage and the leaks around skylights there was no response.weeks went by with false promises to to do the trimming and caulking,nothing was done . Very poor service. As I was driving towards my home, a JKS Home Improvement truck was weaving in and out of lane. How ridiculous! I saw you on 15 South, you should learn how to drive. Respect the roadway and your customers. Don’t swerve in front of a Benz again!
They put my roof on great job jks
Owner is a true piece of work, not only has family, friends, and employees leave reviews too make it look better than it is, he doesn't honor his"50"year guarantee, also uses his wife's connections to keep him out of trouble... good luck if you run into this guy on the road because he might run you off of it... mr sager makes a lot of claims about his company, quality of work and his character that are so far from true its truly appalling... if you choose this company be ready disappointment, if not with the initial work the... read more
At least 6 of the reviews are by relatives of the company. None of the reviews give him good reviews for REPAIR work. We had a roof put on too and it looked great, but t years later we got multiple leaks and Mr safer refused to do the repair work. Again we are having another leak in a different location and Mr safer is ignoring our calls. DO NOT rely on this owner to honor his roofing guarantees.
Replaced the roof including new plywood on my Apalachin home in one day.The clean up was to perfection. Special shout out to foreman Jason and his crew of four. Extremely hard working and polite. 2/22/16
