I've hired JKS Contracting for a large home remodel, and ten years later for new floors. (Once the kids were out of the house.) I have been very pleased both times. Joseph has excellent communication skills and is straightforward about the demands of the job. I always trusted his statements. The city inspector came around for the framing inspection and said to him, in my hearing, "Wow, you're doing a great job here."
