John is great! I had a corroded valve for the hot water going to our washing machine. He was out quickly and worked around my demanding work schedule. With the new valves and lines the washer is working great and I’m no longer worried about water leaking. I highly recommend!
Same day service when my hot water heater broke down. They totally could have talked me into buying a new one, but instead spent about an hour and they repaired it perfectly at a super reasonable price.
Not only professional and prompt but thorough. The tech even cleaned up some of the mess that he didn't make. John was great over the phone and Tim was fast and helped us a lot. I will be calling these guys from now on!
My fiancé had JKRZ do some work when she bought her house in Hinckley. Then when we got a place together in Sandwich and we needed some plumbing work done she insisted we continue using them.
