I am very pleased with all of the people I worked with at JKR Windows from start to finish! The installation was flawless and fast. I've already been seeing a reduction in my heating bills ND expect the same with cooling. I was NOT planning to replace my windows but I'm glad I chose JKR to do it.

We recently had JKR Windows replace some of our windows and a glass door, and we're thrilled with the results! Throughout the whole process, they were professional and a pleasure to work with! The new windows and door look great and function perfectly. I highly recommend them for their service and quality!

These guys are awesome! At first my mom was upset they knocked her door because of the no soliciting sign, but after a few minutes of talking to Ethan she was excited because she had been thinking about windows. Needless to say, these guys are out there trying their best to help people who need new windows and I respect that!

Horrible services! If i could give 0 stars they would be in the negatives! They are a very sketchy company, I feel robbed. Do not get your windows done by them unless you want really lame excuse for them not to even show up. We made appointments and took off from work for them not to even show up. Not a good company!!

February to July. That's how long it took to get one window replaced with JKR. One. I had to constantly be calling their office to get their people moving. Twice they sent someone out to take measurements because they were outsourcing the labor, once in March and once in May. I'm not blown away by the quality of the window, suppose time will tell, but as far as the experience of dealing with this company, hard pass.
