Horrible services! If i could give 0 stars they would be in the negatives! They are a very sketchy company, I feel robbed. Do not get your windows done by them unless you want really lame excuse for them not to even show up. We made appointments and took off from work for them not to even show up. Not a good company!!
We are so so happy with our new windows! They are beautiful and we noticed a difference in temperature in our house immediately. The installers were very respectful and did a great job, and the seller was very informative without being pushy. We highly recommend JKR if you are considering getting new windows.

The No Solicitation sign on my front door means don't knock and than ring my doorbell and stand on my porch for 5 minutes!
February to July. That's how long it took to get one window replaced with JKR. One. I had to constantly be calling their office to get their people moving. Twice they sent someone out to take measurements because they were outsourcing the labor, once in March and once in May. I'm not blown away by the quality of the window, suppose time will tell, but as far as the experience of dealing with this company, hard pass.
