Our installers were great. Jk&r are not so great. We were told that we could get a specific window and when they arrived they were not what we ordered or thought we were ordering. Please be careful with this company as they only care about the bottom line. They are rude and pushy. The installers were wonderful. Fantastic job on all my windows.

3 guys came and they worked really hard an efficiently. It started to rain near the end of the day and they still powered through, making sure all the edges were sealed and there were no cracks between the wall and frame. Our house faces a popular street that is going through construction and before, we could hear every car that drives by. Now it’s whisper quiet and it feels like a completely new home. The windows also block out a lot of the Florida heat and my home is much cooler now.
