Edit: After posting this review, the company’s Area Director, Aaron, contacted me and threatened legal action (a cease-and-desist letter) unless I removed it. I feel it’s important for future customers to know my experience. Edit 2: Issue still unresolved after escalating to company owner, it’s been nearly 3 months since I originally had the complaint. JK&R Construction did a great job on our roof. The installers were very polite & clean. Customer service was very helpful, gave us updates each step of the way. Special thanks to Derek for setting us up with this company, whom we felt comfortable with from start to finish.
