Update: The actual owner of this facility contacted me and made it right. He is getting me my ubox delivered directly to me at my home location. He was very pleasant and kind and has worked all day to find a solution to the problem. And the jerk, Travis, that hung up on me....he works for uhaul and is not an employee of Jon the owner. Im raising my 1 star to 4 star because of Jon the owner and how nice and caring he was and making it right. I think it hurts his business the way the uhaul employees talk to the customers. The manager lady didn't want to put me next to a "junkie" and complained about high electric bills for the lighting so you had better bring a flashlight in case someone doesn't realize that you are there. They are keeping my pro-rated rent of $30 though they did not actually sign any of the paperwork. This is totally insecure as the lock can be bypassed by a Phillips head screwdriver.

I am not sure the 5 star reviews are for the correct business. They don't take payments online, do not do automatic payments and are hard to get ahold of on the phone. I would suggest going anywhere else if you are able to.
