Employees were nice but the mice are a HUGE issue! We stored our stuff there for about a month and found mouse poop on everything. The mice also have appeared to hitch a ride in our stuff to our house… lucky everything is in the garage still because we have to go through and trash or sanitize literally everything. We will also probably have to toss our entire couch - which is where we believe the mice have set up camp. So all in all, we do not recommend this place. I rented a storage unit here for one month only. At move-in, I clearly stated that I would only need the unit for one month. On the day I moved out, I told the employee in the office that I was vacating. She acknowledged this and even helped move the trucks and boxes out of the way so I could finish moving, which confirms they were aware I was leaving. Do not recommend! After having our things stored here for roughly 3 months, we came back and found our belongings covered in mouse droppings. Little did we know that as we brought our stuff from the storage unit into our home, we unknowingly brought the mice in with us. We now have several mice in our home due to this storage company not being secure enough to keep rodents out of their units. Use with caution, and be forewarned.

Came in after 5 to drop off 2 u boxes, called number on door to see if they could take those off. Nope! She said unless you want to tip me, then again no! Then I received a txt message, please read its content. Folks should be ashamed of themselves. I would highly recommend a manager to look into this.

Update: The actual owner of this facility contacted me and made it right. He is getting me my ubox delivered directly to me at my home location. He was very pleasant and kind and has worked all day to find a solution to the problem. And the jerk, Travis, that hung up on me....he works for uhaul and is not an employee of Jon the owner. Im raising my 1 star to 4 star because of Jon the owner and how nice and caring he was and making it right. I think it hurts his business the way the uhaul employees talk to the customers.
