Our relatively new (less than 6 years old) heating/cooling unit that was installed by JKM started to malfunction few month ago. JKM came out 4 times, attempted two different things to get it fixed. We were charged and payed substantial fee, but the problem wasn't fixed. JKM stopped returning our calls (tried to reach them for more than a month). Lowering my rating. Initial installation went well, but JKM is not responding to requests for post-installation trouble. I called another contractor and they didn't get JKM's cooperation on connecting to supply equipment. UNRELIABLE!FOLLOW UP: From Carrier(manufacturer): "Installer didn't provide supply configuration for troubleshooting" HORRIBLE!
