I have been working with John at JKJ Generators since they installed the 22kw system at my house back in 2023. Ever since then, John and his team have been taking care of the maintenance, and any other needs. I just recently reach out to him (on a Saturday) for a fault, he had it taken care within a couple of hours, as I was out of town. Kudos to JKJ for their fast response!
