We are very dissatisfied with the way the final details have been abandoned. For the most part quality work was done on the repair of our home but many things have been left incomplete. The communication has completely broken down since we moved back into our home. Phone calls, voicemails and texts have been completely ignored. Wow I’m not sure what to say about this company. They are absolutely abysmal. The company I work for has done a few jobs for him in Newnan - totaling about 200K, and we haven’t been paid. He told our project manager that all of the jobs are approved and funded by insurance, but he won’t make a payment. He will no longer answer our phone calls or emails, and so this has unfortunately caused our collections department to have to place liens on the homes of all the customers until they have paid us the remaining balance. Jim Hall is a CROOK. Liens are being placed on innocent peoples homes because he owes a company well over 200k. Do yourself a favor and find another company!!
If Google let me give 0 stars then I would. This company owes us about 200K$ in jobs we have completed for them, and he will not provide us with a payment update, and he will no longer answer his phone. Do not use JKH.
He was so nice until he got the contract and tore your house apart.Never showed up for appointments and when he did he wanted money.Someone else had to finish his work after 6 months of no kitchen.Had no manners.Talk arrogant to you when he is questioned .He worked for another company prior to starting this one.It was a nightmare working wth him.i wouldn't recommend him to no one.Don't let him decieve you like he did me please.I could type a book about this person.Please listen to me.He had me so stressed out my hair was com... read more
