They fixed the issue of the leaking gas in the AC system, as the heating would not work. But further on after realising that it was a installers issue they sent me a blunt and extremely short email stating that "they would no longer be my contractor". This is without even sending a service report to me after I had to call them up for it. Otherwise how would the next technician know what work they did?
