I was on my way from Chicago to Nashville when suddenly my trailer door came off the frame and was close to flying out in the highway. At first it was all a scare, thankfully I was nearby Lafayette, IN where I located JKB campers shop. These gentleman attended my needs super fast like a NASCAR team and did an amazing job securing my door to complete my journey to Nashville. We are first time camper owners, had an electric issue and didn’t know where to go for help. Online reviews gave us JKB campers in Lafayette, called for an appointment. Ross and staff were very knowledgeable, fixed us right up!! They were helpful and very patient with novice campers!! Thank you!!
Excellent storage, incredible service and repairs at a steal! LOVE JKB
Camping at Prophet's Town State park and found my awning bracket had pulled out. I needed to have the bolt holes drilled out to accept larger bolts. They drilled them out and gave me helpful tips and didn't charge me anything. Great service.
