Anything car related STRESSES me out. I needed an inspection today and I understand places are busy but 2 places I stopped didn't do them, 2 were rude and then I stopped at J&K after a recommendation from Hunter Tire. I was so grateful they could get me in but even more grateful they were friendly and very approachable. Got an alignment done very friendly and knowledgeable people from start to finish…would definitely recommend!
While driving back home today, we had a bit of an emergency being about 3.5 hours from home. We called right before they closed and Kelly was happy to stay over to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to make the rest of our trip home! Thank you so much!
Not usually a Google review person, but these folks here were amazing. If I could give them six out of five stars, I would. 100% recommend.
Zach was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and a very understanding and helpful dude. What started as a very stressful situation, was quickly turned into a simple process thanks to him. 100% recommend J&K to anyone. As someone who knows very little about vehicles it was a breath of fresh air not having someone being snarky and rude to me over it. Thanks again for everything you guys did for us. We will be returning in the future for sure.
