I do not recommend anyone getting their taxes done here, when faced with problems stemming from incorrect information transmitted to IRS which caused delay in me receiving my tax’s , I was told my filing fees was one thing & they charged something else, they never explain the charges until after u question them on it, I reached out to the owner, she hung up & refused to answer my call when I called back. I will be contacting BBB. This place needs to be shut down.
J&K tax preparers are FRAUDS. I’ve recommend so many people to this company and we all have not recieved a tax return . There has been no communication. this has been the worst experience for me because now I may owe the IRS for some fraudulent information the tax preparer used as a credit . Please don’t waste your time
Very unprofessional! I went to her in 2020 to file my taxes. The IRS required more documentation, when I reached back out to her about it she kept saying she was busy she and wouldn’t be able to correct it or make any changes. Stopped answering my calls! Just had a really bad experience with her! SMH
Best hands down and will continue doing service's with J&K taxes.
