I ordered the part I needed. This is not what I received. The stitch color was different from the picture of the part I ordered. When I contacted JK Super Store I was told I could return for a 15% restocking fee and order another one. Not acceptable. Won’t give them a second chance with customer service like this.
Website said it was open but when I arrived the salesman was rude and told me they were closed on weekends. When I came back on Monday the guy at parts counter acted like it was an inconvenience to look for the part I ordered ahead of time. Only reason I'll give three stars is because they were the cheapest for part I needed.
