Pat at JK Subaru was very helpful while we were on the hunt for a new car! If in the area, I would highly recommend car shopping from JK Subaru in Nederland, TX.
The sales representatives were great not too pushy and helped us along the way with the our car purchase .
UPDATE: After reaching out to the Subaru leadership team, this issue has been resolved with the great customer service that we all expect from Subaru. I really appreciate Carleen in the service department taking my concerns, helping to come to a resolution, and ensuring there's a process in place to avoid this issue with future customers.
