I had an appointment with Lauren the occupational therapist at JK Speech today at 3:15pm. I arrived only four minutes late (3:19pm), and we began the session with my son shortly after. However, throughout the session she seemed quite rushed. At around 3:40pm, she asked me to step out with her and speak with reception to reschedule the next appointment. We have had such a positive experience with JK Health Services for my son’s speech therapy. Since starting, I have seen such a big improvement in his speech and communication. His confidence has grown so much, and the progress he has made is truly amazing. Louise has been absolutely incredible.
