Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing due to the constant changes in therapists. I completely understand that therapists may leave a workplace and that this can sometimes be unavoidable. However, our child has had to change therapists multiple times, which has resulted in a lack of consistency and continuity of care. Jk speech and its admin first needs to learn manners how to deal with their client especially manager JAIDEEP big lady dosent even know a bit of how to talk when parents or clients are disappointed or dissatisfied with their services they need money clients satisfaction dose not even matter to them mine appointments were always getting changed and conveniently admin and big lady jaideep blamed it to system guys dont waste ur time and ur money they are very rude with zero manners and 0% management 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The staff is amazing in jk speech therapy . My kids learning really good in short time . Credit goes to amazing teachers team . Thanks Thanks a lot

I had an appointment with Lauren the occupational therapist at JK Speech today at 3:15pm. I arrived only four minutes late (3:19pm), and we began the session with my son shortly after. However, throughout the session she seemed quite rushed. At around 3:40pm, she asked me to step out with her and speak with reception to reschedule the next appointment.
