Viewed a couple different storage units around the St. Cloud area and jks units were by far the most well kept clean units out there. Very reasonably priced and the staff were awesome to work with ! 5 stars

JK has been awesome to work with. I had make a mistake on billing initially and they were able to solve it right away and were super helpful. The storage facility is pretty clean and haven’t had issues at all with the locks. Seems secure as well, it’s not gated but very well lit. I’d highly recommend them!

This is a great place to store your things. The prices are reasonable, and I feel like my things are safe here. The grounds are always clean and well cared for. In the winter the snow removal is excellent. The snow in front of my locker is always shoveled. If you pay for the entire year, they give you a free months rent.

This is a great place is clean easily to access but the only I didn't give it 5 stats is there were 2 times I didn't get my invoice right away these times they were late ( I paid 2 months at a time) and was 2 days late from time of invoice. They charged me a $40.00 late fee so if you do rent mark it on your calendar when and how much you paid.

One of the best places i have rented from until they broke in my trailer stole everything out of it then 6 days later had it towed after they stole everything out of it and they illeagaly put a lien on my trailer then put a lien on my stuff that was in the trailer all of which is illegal the whole pretending like there trying to help when it should not have got in touched in the first place be very careful with these crooks they stole 170k worth of stuff out of my trailer when they had no right to go in it they cut the lock... read more
