I went in for brake noise that was getting worse every day. They didn’t push for unnecessary replacements, which I appreciated. Mechanic took a short test drive with me, then put it on lift and found uneven pad wear. It was fixed same afternoon. Cost was reasonable, not the cheapest but fair for the work. Only thing is parking space is tight and I had to wait outside for a bit before they could take my car in. They called once parts were confirmed before proceeding, which felt transparent.
First time customer, came away impressed. Joshua explained repairs that my vehicle will need. He provided a written estimate with a very good price. I appreciate the honesty and will certainly return to have the repairs done.
Always have amazing customer service - shout out to Steve! Have been taking my car here for about 2 years and have never had any complaints or problems. Definitely a trustworthy place to get work done on your car!
