I had to stop by for a minor repair. Nick, was incredible. He gave me a solution to my issue and I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Not clear with the total work hours. I got overcharged
We were driving from CT to a wedding in Southern NJ when we noticed an issue with my car. The local dealership was completely unhelpful, and I reached out to JK's Auto Service since they were close by and had good reviews. I asked if they could help us since we were in a real bind (needed to get to the family wedding and couldn't possibly drive the car another 3 hours with part of it hanging down, dragging along I95!). JK’s Auto Shop took the time to diagnose my vehicle and temporarily fix a huge issue that valvoline created. They supplied my vehicle with transmission fluid & added a additive, because valvoline supposedly did a transmission flush but actually may have not completed anything to the sort and left my transmission with about 1 quart & 1/2 and a leak coming from within my transmission/transmission cooling system.
