I've been bringing my cars here for the last 5 or so years. The mechanics are top notch, and Nick is always a pleasure to work with. More recently, this guy Steve has taken Nick's place. He is flatout just unfriendly and not super courteous to help. Not to mention it takes 5x as long to do anything with him - scheduling appointments, getting quotes, picking up, paying, etc. It pains me to say it but as long as he is here I will not be giving anymore business. He needs to get in check or get replaced.
Steve at JK helped me with battery issue on my Mercedes SUV. They carefully disassembled and reassembled the car as necessary and figured out the problem.
Thanks for the help! I came to replace my radiator with hoses plus my thermostat for my 2015 Honda Civic in White Plains NY!! Quick Service & Quality Work… Definitely Recommended!!
My Vehicle had a small antifreeze leak. The staff looked into it and were able to replace the part it within a reasonable time period, and at a much more reasonable price than the manufacturer.
Long time White Plains resident. Been through many cars and many mechanics finally found one who knew the score and was open honest and professional. Really appreciate landing here at Nick‘s and JK auto. Loud cheers and hurrahs all around.
