only ZERO STARS was an option!!!Wow, where do I start???... We contacted this company to replace our roof with an insurance claim. The roof was replaced with a ridge vent, I did not have a ridge vent previously, box vents were there. I contacted the owner, ***, who had the rooters come back and install box vents. So now I have additional holes cut into my roof for the new box vents that were not there upon the first completion of the roof. Just what everyone wants, another set of holes cut into the roof of their home right??... read more
The Roof Technicians and crews are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. However, I experienced issues with my roof after it was installed and have been trying to get in contact with the owner *** K*** for weeks. He will decline the call, tell me he will call back and never call back.
Scott , and Jim K****** the owner were great to work with worked with insurance company to get the roof replaced and did exceptional job , installers never quit until was done great job from beginning to end
