Got emailed to move forward with an interview then two days later got a email saying I don't meet their specific qualifications for the position without even doing a interview.
I have been in the indoor tanning business for 20 years & owner for 14. Customer Service and call service is becoming Poor. Becoming unsatisfied with All there services.
No customer service. They put the customer is always right sadly does not work here. It is now totally the principal of nothing solved.
I was very impressed with this company, and the way they handled my order. Their customer service is outstanding, and very pleasant to speak with. I had received a damaged package of lightbulbs which was not done on their end. The FedEx delivery person did not handle my package with Care.
