I called this office to ask about representation for a guardianship case involving my granddaughter. The receptionist told me they would take my case, said they just needed to find the right attorney, and promised someone would call me back around 2:00 p.m. No one ever called. At 3:00 p.m., I called the office myself to follow up. This time I was told they would not take my case because they review matters on a "case-by-case basis."
