I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at JK Nelson Law Firm. Throughout my case, I encountered repeated unprofessional behavior that left me feeling frustrated and misrepresented. Over the course of my case, I was shocked to receive requests for additional funds beyond the agreed-upon retainer. These requests came without any prior discussion, justification, or explanation of why the costs had risen. I later learned that work had been performed on documents I was never informed about, and that these documents had been prepared, reviewed, or edited by multiple paralegals — often working on the same task.
