I’m a nail tech myself and I must say bel did her thing. She ate the shape I’m in love i definitely found my new nail shop
Came to get a shellac polish change on my nails and toes and Ms. Trinity took care of me. She was very kind and had good customer service. I knew I wanted a dark fall color and she helped me pick one out.
1 Star Review I had a terrible experience at this salon. This was my third visit, and definitely my last. The only reason I’ve gone a few times is because it’s close to my house, but the convenience is not worth it. I got my nails done yesterday, and one already broke today. When I went back to have it fixed, the lady helping me was extremely rude — she stayed on her phone the entire time, barely acknowledged me, and then just walked away without saying a word. Update update: The owner reached out to me and explained he believes I had a serious miscommunication with the staff. He was apologetic and kind asking for my continued loyalty. I have since returned and everyone was so gracious, I also apologized for my part not understanding. Thanks for making it better, that is what you expect to see when you have an issue!
