1st time : the first time I went in I told the gentlemen up front I wanted dip. I got the the chair and told the lady the same thing. She still did acrylic... I didnt feel like spend more time in this place so I just paid and left. They were nice nails. 2nd time: I got a mani pedi. Got the same lady... I told her dip and her remark was " this is acrylic, it's going to take time if you do dip".
