I came in to fix my brakes and realized there were other issues with my car that needed attention . Kathan was able to take me in and made sure the car was safe to drive . He explained every issue thoroughly and how he was going to fix it. Amazing service !
I took my car in today because I was hearing a noise coming from it. I asked him to check it out and do a driving test to find out what the problem was. I was going to Toronto tomorrow. He told me to come back on Wednesday. The car was missing lug nuts. I'm glad I had to ask another mechanic, otherwise I might not be alive until car day. I am currently working on this issue to file a lawsuit against them.
