We went there today to look for cabinets for a laundry room project. Our handyman highly recommended we go to this place for the cabinets. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored we left. Not a "hello" or "someone will be right with you". I guess that was to much to ask. And there is no way the gentlemen at the front desk didn't see us. Poor customer service.
Very professional, helped with the design, assembly and delivery. Perfect measurements and support during the project, Helen always answers the phone and reply to emails in timely manner. Highly recommended and good quality cabinets.
Great cabinets, huge warehouse, good prices, nice sales people
The cabinets are solid and looks great. However, there is a design flaw in the pull out trash & recycle bin. You have to remove the front trash can to remove the rear trash can. With other cabinet companies, you can remove the rear trash can without having to remove the front trash can. We have to do this several times a week and it's a pain in the butt. The solution is to have the brackets come out another 1"-2". Or, better yet the company should buy trash cans from another supplier (like I did), that are approx. 1" narrowe... read more
