The team at JK Contracting went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience while replacing our roof, siding and rebuild of 2 rooms. The work was completed timely, even though mother nature brought early, unexpected snow. The owner, Jim Keller, kept us informed every step of the way and was always reachable. I called JK General Contracting to get an estimate to have my house resided. Jim came out himself and I found him to be honest and very interested in making the results be what i was looking for within my busget. The house is 200 years old and had been neglected by the previous owner as well as having been unoccupied for the last two years. So surprises were expected... and they did come up! Jim and his crew are a pleasure to do business with. We’ve had 3 projects done with JK so far. We’ve done a full kitchen, home office, taken down walls, and relocated a half bath.
