I've been working with JK General Contracting for over 10 years! Jim always makes sure im happy with the work and always does a great job. His team has even rectified what a different contractor has messed up on. He stands behind his work and I always turn to him with any remodeling I do because of his service. He has worked on my rental properties along with my personal home. I will not go to anyone else ever again!
I was just reminded to give Jim a shout out. I used him for a pretty large and extensive project to remove and rebuilt to large porches that were structural. At first I thought the quote was a little high, but let me tell you something you need to take seriously: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I have had NIGHTMARES with contractors who were cheaper. Jim executed the contract perfectly and finished ahead of schedule. Left the site clean and had no issues. I'll be using JK in the future for any large projects. I recommend!
