If I could half a star, I would, but that still too much credit for them. Unprofessional. Tardy. Lazy. And doesn’t take accountability. They knowing busted a sprinkler line and instead of notifying me, they just continued on with the job. Once confronted, they simply said, “the lines weren’t marked. “ well okay, but at least have the courtesy to tell me. Will never recommend. They were contracted through Lowe’s. I wouldn’t recommend getting a professional service through Lowe’s either.
Do NOT get fence with these people. They refuse to pick up the phone. Send me straight voicemail. Most childish behavior I think I have ever seen. They need to grow up and act like adults.
