Owner was very unprofessional when it comes to following own agreements ..the weather is unpredictable but it states in number 11 that if the electricity goes out during your party you’ll get half your payment back within 14 days and she didn’t agree to it . Had the building for 3 out of the 6 .I am disappointed in her customer service . If anyone wants to book just now when it comes down to it you will not get your money back
Booked this rental space for an event, and everything started out fine until a storm hit and the power went out completely and water was coming in from under the door. We were left in the dark with no lights, no air, and no way to continue our event safely. We had no choice but to leave early — it was completely out of our control. What makes this even worse is that the owners refused to offer any kind of refund despite the fact that we couldn’t use the space for the full time we paid for.
