Scheduled to remove a Tesla high power wall connector. They didn't show up during the scheduled window (no call). I called to inquire and learned the technician allegedly had a family emergency. I rescheduled for the next morning. Again, they did not show during the scheduled window. Over the span of a couple of hours, I conducted multiple calls in which they were either "calling the technician" or "would get back to me with another technician".
