Back in 2001, I had a really terrible experience with this company… BUT in 2025 the new owner, Trystan, reached out to me directly to address what happened back then and make it right. After attempting to replace an outlet in the bathroom for literal HOURS, my partner contacted Tristan at J&K electrical nearly 8pm on a smoldering summer evening.
