FYI Jim doesn't do agreements just estimates. He Started a total remodel of 2600 sf overhauled 100amp panel to 200 in October 2015! Took us 5 months to get started but we were warned up front Jim was that far out & busy. We passed the rough in then I saw Jim one more time in 2016 & we got 3 outlets & 1 switch! Yay! BUT Haven't seen or heard from Jim since! We've texted called & emailed EVERYTHING has gone unanswered! Some girl answered his emails once then emailed me back to say she quit!
