Bought a new car from JK Chevrolet and had a few things done to it at the JK collision center. Shannon Juneau and Jamie Kendrick worked together to get it taken care of in a timely manner. . Very professional and went above and beyond. Very impressive experience. Thanks again!
I brought my truck to JK after an accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the repair work. They did a very professional job, and my truck looks great. I also noticed a few unrelated surface scratches, and when I mentioned it to the manager, she had me come back the next week. They took care of everything in less than an hour. Excellent service and quality work—highly recommend this place!
Worst's pace to take your car. Please think twice before going here. Dirty restroom, poor customer service, and $1399.00 for placing a vehicle on a small jack. I called to request an itemized invoice and was informed of an over $900 admin fee. Total for 3 days and placing a car on a little jack $over $2700. Worst customer service ever.
