Early in October 2024 I contacted **** Bennett (JKB construction, ******, ****) after he was referred to me I had a total of 5 projects which I needed to have completed. We discussed what I had in mind, and he agreed to complete the 5 projects. I received a bid from him and from there on the communication via email was inconclusive on his commitment.
