The new people that work there are not friendly. They don’t speak when you walk in and they only speak Spanish in front of customers. It just seems rude. Also, if there’s a question about a hair product, there’s no one to ask because they no longer have black employees who can give insight. They also have the most obvious cameras pointing directly in your face when you're near the register which gives the vibe of racial profiling. If I could give this hair store no stars I would. The two women that work there are not friendly!! Please take your business somewhere else…
Went in and asked for tape in extension remover. They looked at me like I was stupid. There were two people in there and both were incompetent and unable to help me. I will not come back here. This is unacceptable
I loved this store the first few times I went there. Unfortunately, there is a plus size Spanish speaking lady in there and both times she has made for an uncomfortable visit. She is extremely lazy to the point you have to ask her to ring you up. She just hides behind her counter, either on the phone or closely watching customers. After today I will never return!
