Rang up looking a battery and was told it was 55 pound, walked into the shop today to purchase it and a staff member with bald head was very rude. Proceeded to tell me that the battery was 65 pound whenever I rang yesterday and was told 55. He was very arrogant with us clearly needs more experience in customer service. Never had any other issues with staff beforehand, many customers have experienced this with him before. Won’t be back as the way I was treated was disgusting 👍
