I spoke to Kyle on the phone and explained that I needed my ac compressor, water pump, and belt tentioner along with the idler pulley replaced. He quoted me a $260 labor charge. When I dropped it off at the agreed time I had to wait for him to arrive 40 minutes later in the sun in a black vehicle. Upon meeting with Kyle I told him that I thought that he shorted himself on price and I would pay 400 dollars. We agreed .
