The worst mistake I've ever made when it comes to an auto care facility of any kind was the day I decided to take my truck to JK Auto in Mingo Junction. This place has all but turned my life upside down by their negligence and incompetence. On March 31st, I took my truck in to get a new windshield and their Technician failed to close AND LATCH the hood properly. Could not be happier with JK Auto Glass in Mingo Junction! We had a huge softball-size crack in our windshield from going up Lovers Lane Hill in Steubenville. I have a 2025 VW ID Buzz—there aren’t many of these in Ohio, and it is the only one in the Ohio Valley—so the windshield calibration was not an easy job. They stuck with it and got it done RIGHT.
