I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. I brought my vehicle in expecting an inspection, but work was started without my clear authorization. I was then presented with a much larger invoice than expected. I also felt uncomfortable with the way the safety inspection was handled, as some of the findings were not clearly explained or supported when I asked for details.
