We had a very positive towing experience. Tony was our driver. Our truck and camper overheated in Orlando, TX. They were responsive and told us when they would be there as we were about an hour from Carlsbad. They loaded the truck into a flatbed and towed the camper. They did not price gouge either considering the tow was 60 miles to Carlsbad.
They do their job
I had the best experience at this place and the dude that I talk to was very generous with his time a very genuine person I would recommend him to anybody
Very un-human. Worst ever. Would not allow me get all my Christmas gifts out of my truck in their yard. Owner even hung up on me. Hope they had a Merry Christmas!
